1.Deleted Hx_1033_MValidator.lck and MS.VSExpressCC.v80_1033_MValidator.lck from C:\ProgramData\Application Data\Microsoft Help :a.Verified that user has full permissions on the directory to delete the file. b.Click start and typed cmd in the Start Search boxc.Typed cd"%allusersprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft Help", and then press ENTERd.Typed “dir/a” to display files with the attributes, if the files are hidden files then :Typed attrib -h Hx_1033_MValidator.lck, and then press ENTER. Typed attrib MS.VSExpressCC.v80_1033_MValidator.lck press ENTERe.Typed Del Hx_1033_MValidator.lck, and then press ENTER.f. Typed Del MS.VSExpressCC.v80_1033_MValidator.lck2.After deleting the files, installed Office 2007.
